My

4)
What
if I don’t have a tax voucher or credit advice?

tax voucher or credit advice is a mandatory requirement when filing a tax

to send you one. Unfortunately, if you
cannot obtain proof of dividend income payment you cannot proceed
with your tax reclaim.

directly with the relevant tax authority to establish if/when your refund will
be paid to you.

What
if my reclaim forms get lost in the post?

the only solution will be for you to reprint the forms and start the whole

sending your reclaim forms by guaranteed delivery in order to minimise
the risk of this occurring.

A: GOAL are not providing and are not authorised
or qualified to provide any financial, tax, legal or other professional advice
to you whether in connection with tax refunds or otherwise. If you have
any questions relating to your ability to reclaim tax,
or in connection with your tax or accounting or financial or legal affairs
generally, you should immediately consult with your accountant, tax adviser or
other professional adviser.
10) Do you offer a service whereby my completed tax refund
form can be checked?
A: No, the responsibility for ensuring any application for a
tax refund is accurate and for complying with the qualifying periods laid down by the tax authorites or
legislation for the relevant jurisdiction is down to you. GOAL is not
able to check forms or check whether you qualify for a refund or whether such
refund is made in time.

once made?
A: No, it is your responsibility to make a reclaim application

should be addressed to the relevant taxation authority in question.
12) Who processes credit card transactions?
A: All payments made by means of credit cards are processed by
